Egg and Suji Pakori

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp chillies
  • 2-3 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • Few corianders leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


Method: Soak semolina in milk for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients into a batter. Heat oil preferably in a non stick pan. Pour batter one tablespoon at a time. Be careful that the pokoras don't stick to each other. Fry till golden brown. Serve hot with any chutney.
