Cabbage Mutton Curry - Let's have taste in the week-end

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg (chopped)
  • 500-700 gram cabbage chopped softly
  • Ginger 25 gram grinded
  • Onion 4 big size chopped
  • Garlic 5-6 pieces to make paste
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard Oil 100 gram
  • Dry Chillies 4 numbers
  • Garam Masala (spice) powder 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 4 pieces
  • Yoghart 25 gram
  • Turmeric power as per requirement
Method: Cleanly washed chopped mutton to be mixed with cabbage leaves and cook in a pressure cooker. Put salt to taste and turmeric powder. Now take a fry pan, heat the mastered oil little and fry all spice ingredients. Put bay leaves and dry chillies also. After getting little fried, put onion pieces. Put the paste of ginger and garlic. After getting little red all spices, fry the mutton into it. Put little hot water and cover it till cooking complete in low fire. Serve hot with rice in lunch or dinner.
