Hong Kong Chicken - a recipe in the winter!

Ingredients:
  • Chicken 1
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger for sauce one piece of 2 inches
  • Onion leave 8 pieces
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder ¼ tsp
  • Aji-no-moto ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method: Cook the chicken and let out the bones. Chop the meat pieces of one inch each. Now take the egg in a pot and mix up with corn flour and salt and fry the meat pieces with the mix upto yellow. Now chop the onion leave into small pieces and mix up with soya sauce, chilli power, aji-no-moto and sald. Now take corn flour in a little water and cook it until turn little molded and after molded little put the fried meat into it and boil about five minutes. Now time to serve hot.
