Chicken Fry Kurk


Ingredients:
 Chicken 1 kg chopped pieces
 Green Chilli 10-12 pieces
 Garlic 8 pieces
 Ginger one piece of 2 inches
 Onion 2 (big size)
 Jira 2 tsp
 Pepper power 2 tsp
 Salt to taste
 Ghee 200 grams
 Vinegar 2 tsp

Method: Make paste of all spices ingredients with vinegar. Wash cleanly the chopped chicken pieces. Mix the chicken pieces with spice paste. Put salt in it and keep it in a covered utensil for half an hour. Now fry the spice mixed chicken with ghee in a pan in low fire. Fry the chicken pieces completely until it turn servable. Not it is ready and serve the chicken hot with salad.
