Mixed Soup in Japanese style

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 large prawns (boiled and chopped)
  • ½ cup chicken shreds (cooked)
  • ½ cup fish (cooked and deboned)
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, peas, cabbage, carrots, French beans (chopped and boiled)
  • Salt to taste
Method: Beat the eggs lightly. Mix in the chicken stock, soya sauce and pour over the rest of the ingredients. Steam for 10 minutes and serve hot.
