Savoury Break Snack

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 250 grams of onions
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 3-4 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 piece of ginger (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup poha (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup dhania chutney
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup paneer (mashed)
  • 8 tbsp curd
  • Cooking oil
Method: Remove the hard crust of bread and soak the bread slices in curd. Chop the onions and fry them in oil till they turn lightly golden. Add the chopped ginger and green chillies. Break the bread into pieces by your hands and add it to the chopped coriander leaves along with the milk. Fry a little more. Serve hot along with dhania chutney.
