‘UNTITLED’

By Imon Raza

I sit and stare at a dried plate of ‘meberries’,
The Swiss Alps singing a lullaby to me.

I just want to fall asleep on the laps of sleep itself.

I just want the Swiss Alps to climb my heart,
See what lies on the other side of it.

It’s the valley, where the sorrow orchid blooms,
You must be remembering, its spring and that’s where we met.

Where the sorrow orchid blooms.
