BOILED PORK FOR THE PORK LOVERS

Ingredients:
  • Pork meat - 500 grms (meat+fat - cut into small pieces)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (use whole)
  • Ginger- Garlic crushed - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Green chilly - as per taste
  • Dry chilly paste - (soak 4-5 chilly in warm water for 10 minutes & make a paste) 
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Water- 2-3 cups

Method:
  • In a pressure cooker add all ingredients and  cook for 6-7 whistles.
  • Open the lid once the pressure is released 
  • Place the cooker on flame without lid and reduce the water if you wish. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
